NORWAY/PARIS — Artists who want to exhibit in regional shows are being offered a great deal by two established art shows this summer.
Judy West Schneider, director of the Norway Arts Festival and Aranka Matolcsy, director of the Moore Park Art Show in South Paris met last week in Moore Park to further a plan that makes it easier and more cost effective for artists to sign up for both shows.
Currently, if artists only register for one show, the fee is $65. When registering for both shows at the same time, the fee is now $50 each.
Artists may mail both art show applications in one envelope, with one check for $100 made out to one or the other organization. The show directors will do the rest. Artists will then receive confirmation, and detailed information from each organization separately.
The Norway Arts Festival art show is July 8 from 9 am to 4 pm. Applications can be downloaded from: www.norwayartsfestival.org. FMI: Contact Director Judy West Schneider at 207-841-8758 or [email protected].
