READFIELD —  Jay Lauter had 15 strikeouts in Maranacook’s 2-1 victory over Turner in an Apple Valley Babe Ruth semifinal contest on Wednesday, June 28.

Hunter Glowa and Jordan Bell each had two hits in the victory. Glowa had a run scored and Bell drove in a run. Jarred Schmidt had a hit and a run.

Oren Shaw had a pair of hits and Austin Decoster had a base knock for Turner.
