LEWISTON — Pauline A. Bussiere, 97, of Lewiston, died Sunday morning, July 2, in the Marshwood Center nursing home in Lewiston.

She was born January 14, 1920, in Van Buren, the daughter of Francois and Albina L’Italien Violette. Survivors include a son, Ronald Bussiere and wife, Brenda, of Turner; two daughters, Suzanne Harlow and husband, Garry, of Lewiston, and Jo Ann Brochu of Auburn; a sister, Christine Hopkins of Auburn; and a sister-in-law, Aline Violette of Lewiston. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Richard Bussiere; sisters, Muriel Turgeon and Lola Bedell; and brothers, Angelo, Raymond, Phillip and Benny Violette.

The family would like to thank the staff at Marshwood for the excellent care they gave her.
