LEWISTON — Pelletier’s Karate Academy congratulates Jason Reblin for earning the rank of Shodan (first degree black belt) and Noah Lampron for earning the rank of Junior Black Belt recently. Jason and Noah successfully completed tests of physical fitness, empty hand forms, traditional Okinawan weapons, and self-defense.
