LISBON FALLS — Debra S. Williams, 58, of Lisbon Falls, passed away Wednesday, July 12, at her home.
She was born in Orlando, Fla., on March 2, 1959, a daughter of the late Marion and Helen (Ross) Bell. She grew up in Neptune, N.J., where she graduated from high school.
