SABATTUS — The Spiritualist Church of Eternal Life is sponsoring a workshop, “Evidential Mediumship Advanced Techniques that Work,” facilitated by the Rev. Stephen Hermann, a well-known medium, on Sunday, Sept. 3.
With over 40 years of study and practice, Hermann has trained more than 10,000 people worldwide and holds credentials as an ordained minister, certified medium and teacher with the National Spiritualist Association of Churches. He has also taught for the International Spiritualist Federation (UK).
In the workshop, participants will learn how to expand their abilities as mediums and how to receive more accurate and specific messages containing names, dates, places and events, known only to the recipient. They will learn how to distinguish their mind from genuine psychic impressions and overcome blocks preventing the free flow of information from the spirit world.
They will also learn advanced symbology and how to correctly interpret clairvoyant imagery without distortion or embellishment. This is an intensive, hands-on workshop, during which Hermann will personally work with individual participants to heighten their intuitive perception.
The workshop will be held from noon to 2 p.m and the fee is $25.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
