PARIS — The Norway-Paris Fish & Game Association has set the dates for the annual fall shoots. The events will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on three successive Sundays, Sept. 10, 17 and 24.

In addition to the voice-activated trap and running deer categories, this year archery is being added to the shoots. Youth and adult levels of competition are offered with prizes for each round and the overall winners of the three days of shooting receiving trophies at the October club meeting. Norway-Paris Fish & Game Association is located at 744 Buckfield Road. All are welcome.

For those people new to the shooting sports, this is a great opportunity to receive some instruction and enjoy the company of fellow shooters. There will be a cookout-style lunch available, as well as many homemade goodies. Proceeds of the annual shoots go into the general fund to help the club fund its many activities, such as Youth Day, scholarships, safety education and sending several local youths to the University of Maine 4-H camp at Bryant Pond for a week in the summer.

There will be drawing for 10 gun raffle winners at the final shoot.
