SIGN OF THE TIMES — Members of the Western Maine Addiction Recovery Initiative make signs last week in preparation for the second annual Recovery Rally, which aims to end stigma surrounding substance use disorder. The rally starts at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at the First Universalist Church of Norway on Main Street and will travel to Moore Park in Paris, where marchers will be greeted by a barbecue and speakers. Transportation is available back to the church.
