Matt and the Barnburners will perform a free concert from 3 to 5:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 23, at French Falls Park, 28 French Falls Lane in Jay. The Barnburners recently released blues CD “Feel the Heat,” will be available for purchase. The park is across the street from Spruce Mountain Middle School. Bring chairs or a blanket for seating.
