AUBURN — Lucille T. Dutil, 92, formerly of Lewiston, died Thursday, Sept. 14, at the Clover Manor in Auburn.
Born in Lewiston on December 5, 1924, she was the daughter of Leonidas and Aldenard Valee Tardif. Educated in local schools, she worked in the office of the Pepperell Mill for many years. She married Marcel E. Dutil on September 23, 1977. Mr. Dutil passed away on May 2, 2010.
Survivors include a daughter, Madeleine and husband, Ronald Martel, of Lewiston; three sisters, Therese Cloutier of Lewiston, Bernadette Thibeault of Merrimack, N.H., and Rachel and husband, Leo Cyr, of Lewiston; two sisters-in-law, Aline and Arlene Tardif; three grandchildren, Alicia Martel of San Francisco, Calif., Jonathan Martel and wife, Lauren, of Las Cruces, N.M., and Sarah Martel of New York, N.Y.; stepdaughter, Suzanne Duchette and husband, Raymond; stepgrandchildren, Marc Duchette and wife, Rebekah; stepgranddaughters Nicole Boulet and husband, James, and Celeste Long and husband, David; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by husbands, Albert Tardif and Marcel Dutil; brothers, Vallee and Eugene Tardif; and a special niece, Liz Parnell.
