Lewiston Legion postpones meeting 

LEWISTON — Post 22, American Legion, has postponed its meeting to 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, at the Lewiston Memorial Armory.

Neighborhood Watch meeting planned

AUBURN — The Auburn Police Department will hold a Neighborhood Watch meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, at the congregational church.

Society to review rental agreement

MECHANIC FALLS — The Mechanic Falls Historical Society will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, at the Anglican Church of the Transfiguration, 64 Elm St., formerly the First Congregational Church.

A space and rental agreement between the church and the historical society will be reviewed. Also, plans for an Old-Fashioned Turkey Community Supper slated for Saturday, Oct. 14, will be finalized.

Rep. Fay to hold local office hours

CASCO — Rep. Jessica Fay, D-Raymond, will hold in-district constituent hours in Casco, Poland and Raymond in the next few weeks.

The meetings will be held at the following places and times:

• Casco, Tuesday, Sept. 26, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., Town Office, 635 Meadow Road.

• Raymond, Wednesday, Sept. 27, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., Raymond Village Library, 3 Meadow Road.

• Poland, Monday, Oct. 2, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Ricker Memorial Library, 1211 Maine St.

The office hours will provide residents an opportunity to hear updates from Augusta, ask questions about policy-making and share opinions on state matters. Office hours also serve as an opportunity for residents navigating state agencies to voice their concerns.

Fay is serving her first term in the Maine Legislature and represents part of Casco, part of Poland and part of Raymond. She serves on the Legislature’s Environment and Natural Resources Committee.
