AUBURN — Mabel A. Goding, 90, of Auburn, born on Feb. 22, 1927, passed away on Monday, Sept. 25, at the Hospice House in Auburn. She was born in Auburn to parents Albert and Florence (Davis) Gilbert Sr, and attended Turner schools.
Mabel was an active member of Court Street Baptist Church until her failing health.
She was predeceased by her husband, Earl Goding; one brother; and two sisters.
Mabel leaves behind her four children, Joyce Goding, Nancy Simond and her husband Phil, Georgia Morin and Walter Peach Jr. and his wife Joan; five grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; one brother; and one sister.
The family would like to thank all the staff at the Hospice House for the outstanding care they provided to their mother.
