Hannah Arel, Edward Little High School 2017 graduate, recently received one of the 25 nationwide Joe Francis Haircare Foundation Scholarships. Recipients are selected by an independent committee composed of the board of directors and others in the professional beauty industry. Arel is enrolled at the Aveda Institute Maine in Augusta for the study of cosmetology.
