NEWRY — Rental management company Vacasa announces its partnership with local business Mountain Real Estate Co., adding 31 vacation homes to its portfolio of 108 existing properties in Maine.

Mountain Real Estate Co. opened in Newry four years ago and is owned by Susan DuPlessis, who will continue to operate her real estate and property management business while Vacasa takes over management of the company’s short-term rental portfolio.

Vacasa hopes to provide employment opportunities to the Newry community through this partnership.
