The best kind of leaders inspire those around them to be better versions of themselves. I believe that Ben Chin is that kind of leader and that is why I am excited to be supporting him for mayor of Lewiston.
I have known Chin and his wife for many years and they are incredible role models in the community. In a time when there is so much negativity in national politics, I think it is more important than ever to elect leaders who are not only effective at bringing about positive change, but who are also genuinely kind and compassionate people.
Chin is someone who lifts people up, rather than tearing them down. He has a track record of working to engage more people in the political process and raise the voices of people who may not otherwise be heard.
Ben Chin is just the kind of mayor Lewiston needs.
