DIXFIELD — Dixfield Congregational Church will serve an all-you-can-eat fish chowder and corn chowder luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20.

Takeout and delivery to businesses is available.

HEBRON — The annual spaghetti harvest supper will be served  from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, at the Hebron Station School.

Proceeds will benefit the scholarship awarded annually to a graduating Hebron senior. All are welcome to attend.

Cost: $5. 

AUBURN — The Alden M. Gayton American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Unit No. 31 will serve a soup, stew and casserole supper from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at 426 Washington St. North.

There will be a 50/50 raffle. Proceeds support veteran and Auxiliary programs.

Cost: $8 for adults; $5 for children younger than 10.

DIXFIELD — The Dixfield American Legion Auxiliary will serve a public boiled dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21.

FAYETTE — The Fayette School and Home Association will have a bean and casserole supper from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at the Fayette Central School.

There will be raffles and music.

HARRISON — The last “famous” chicken pie supper of the season will be served Saturday, Oct. 21, at Bolsters Mills United Methodist Church. Seatings will be held at 5 and 6 p.m., with a third serving to accommodate guests if necessary.

Proceeds from this supper will be dedicated to providing scholarships for children wishing to go to Camp Mechuwana, a United Methodist camp in Winthrop, next summer.

The church is handicapped accessible. Pies will be sold at the supper, if available.

Reservations will be taken only on Saturday morning, the day of the supper, between 9 a.m. and noon.

Cost: $10 for adults; $5 for children younger than 12.

LISBON FALLS — Lisbon Falls Church of the Nazarene will have a Spaghetti Supper Fundraiser from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at 184 Main St.

The proceeds will be used for shipping expenses for Operation Christmas Child gift boxes that are shipped all over the world. 

Cost: $7 for adults; $3 for children younger than 12; $20 for a family of four.

NEW GLOUCESTER — AMVETS Post 6 will host a bean supper from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21.

Cost: $8 for adults; children, $3.

PARIS — An old-fashioned chuck wagon supper will take place from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21, at the VFW Hall, 58 Main St.

Cost: Adults, $8; 12 and younger, $4. 

WILTON — A roast beef public supper will be served from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at the Harland M. Harnden Masonic Hall, 70 Bryant Road.

Cost: $8 for adults; $5 for children younger than 12.

POLAND — Life Springs serves lunches to seniors at 11 a.m. Tuesdays at the Poland Community Church, 1212 Maine St.

RUMFORD — A benefit in memory of Hailey Stewart will be held on Friday, Oct. 27, at the Rumford Eagles.

The event opens at 4 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the door.

There will be a spaghetti and meatball dinner, raffles and a Chinese auction. The DJ will be Dan Richard.

Those who bring a new pair of pajamas, a stuffed animal or toy will receive a free raffle ticket. Raffle winners do not need to be present at the drawing to win. 

All proceeds will go to Hailey’s Hugs, continuing Stewart’s battle with childhood cancer for all children and families.
