AUBURN — Elizabeth L. “Betty” McCrater Glover, 89, of Sweden, passed away Sunday, Oct. 15, at Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn. She was born on Oct. 1, 1928, in Bath, to Maurice and Louise (Swett) McCrater. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Heath and her husband, Kenneth of Topsham; daughter, Kathleen Gowen of Sweden; son, Michael Reed and his wife, Merilette of Lewiston; brothers, Warren McCrater of Lisbon Falls and Marc McCrater of Georgia; sister-in-law, Dorothy McCrater of Lisbon Falls; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, John Glover; her parents; brother David McCrater; sisters, Nellie Silver and Nancy McCrater.
