RUMFORD — The annual Greater Rumford Community Center’s Halloween Parade will begin at 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29, from the Franklin Savings Bank, Congress Street.
The procession will go to the GRCC, where there will be snacks, candy and a costume contest for those in grades prekindergarten through five. There will be prizes for the top three costumes.
