LITCHFIELD — Kathleen Jane McGuire Partridge passed away Tuesday, Nov. 21, at her home in Litchfield, with her husband at her side.

Kathi was born May 5, 1959, to Willis and Jane McGuire of Auburn. Kathi met her husband, Allen, while working in the mall; they married Nov. 2, 1984.

Kathi had a few jobs over the years but mostly enjoyed being at home with her children and baby-sitting her nephew. Kathi loved all of her nieces and nephews and spent time with as many of them as she could. Kathi adored her three children and five grandchildren.

Kathi had a fun-loving nature that made her easy to talk to and a sense of humor that could make you smile when you were really down. Although her health prevented her from going out the last several years, she was still able to lend emotional support to her friends and family, either online or when they would stop by her home. She loved reading and online gaming and made many lasting friendships playing POGO.

Kathi is survived by her devoted husband, Gerald Allen Partridge Jr., of Litchfield; her three daughters, Erica Whiting of Auburn, Angelica Wells of Michigan and Bethany Partridge of Gardiner; her grandchildren, Autumn Partridge, Dartanyan Cotnair, Gabriel Simmons, Oliver Simmons and Ryan Simmons; her brother, Michael; her brother, Geoffrey and his wife, Barbara and her sister, Elizabeth and her husband, Michael Gunn; as well as several nieces and nephews.
