Terry Farrington sent a Facebook message to country singer Tony Jackson on Monday to thank him. While her father, Leon Farrington, was recovering in the hospital, she would play Jackson’s song “The Grand Tour” over and over.
An up-and-coming country singer, Jackson often gets Facebook messages from people who want to say nice things about his music. But Farrington’s note was special. Special enough for him to travel to Lewiston to meet Leon Farrington and his family Thursday.
On Sunday, we will have the story about the meeting and why it means so much to Jackson and the Farringtons.
