AUBURN — Auburn Adult and Community Education is taking registration for winter/spring courses. Below is a sample of some of the offerings in January. The full list is in the brochure or visit www.auburn.maineadulted.org.

Digital Photo Uses 018: Learn uses of digital photos. Class starts Tuesday, Jan. 23.

iPad and iPhone 101: Learn to use an iPad/iPhone device for more than making calls, sending messages or playing games. Class starts Wednesday, Jan. 24.

Wellness Planning: Develop simple, realistic goals in a busy world. Class starts Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Zumba at Sherwood Heights School: A Latin-inspired dance fitness class, a certified instructor will lead a full hour of mixed impact dance combined with toning movements for a full body workout. Class starts Tuesday, Jan. 9.

Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga for Health and Fitness: The 70-minute next level flowing yoga class begins with 40 minutes of vinyasa flow yoga and continues with a 15-minute workout on specific muscle groups, and concludes with deep relaxation. Class starts Tuesday, Jan. 30.

Introduction to Breathing and Meditation: Learn tools to help with relaxation and calming the mind to bring a deeper sense of self . No experience necessary. Class starts Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Know the 10 Signs of Alzheimer’s Disease: The purpose of the workshop is to provide the public with a greater understanding of the difference between age-related memory loss and dementia and what to do if they have signs of Alzheimer’s disease. Class starts Thursday, Jan. 25.
