Mexico: 10 and 11:30 a.m. Thursdays, Jan. 18 and Feb. 1 and 15, at University College Rumford/Mexico, 60 Lowell St.

Paris: 10 and 11:30 a.m. Mondays, Jan. 22 and Feb. 5, at Western Maine University & Community College Center, 232 Main St.

Wilton: 10 and 11:30 a.m. Thursdays, Jan. 25 and Feb. 8, at Wilton Career Center, 865 Route 2 East.
