LEWISTON — New Ventures Maine is offering two free workshops for people of all ages called “Clean-up Your Credit.”
The first workshop will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26, at Turner Adult Education.
The second workshop will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, at Lewiston Adult Education
Participants will learn how to reduce debt, improve credit, maintain a good credit score and create a step-by-step plan to pay down debt.
New Ventures Maine is a statewide nonprofit organization committed to improving the economic lives of men, women and families through tuition-free workshops and one-on-one coaching in four areas: building careers, starting and growing businesses, managing money, and becoming a leader.
