FARMINGTON — Sandra L. Chretien, 75, a resident of Livermore Falls, passed away early Tuesday morning, Feb. 6, at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington, following a brief illness. She was born July 21, 1942, in Chisholm, the daughter of Emile LaBrecque and Delzida (Rouillard) LaBrecque.
Sandra was a 1960 graduate of Livermore Falls High School. Following graduation she attended two years at School of Radiology. On June 15, 1963, at St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay, she married her husband of 54 years, Roland Chretien. Sandra worked at Chretien’s Greenhouse and as a secretary/radiologist at Lemire Chiropractic in Livermore Falls; she also worked for Hallmark Cards as a merchandiser. Above all else, her priority was caring for her family and home. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church, and served as a eucharistic minister and lector. She enjoyed gardening and baking for family gatherings.
She is survived by her husband, Roland Chretien, of Livermore Falls; her children, Robin Chretien and companion, Randy Theriault, of Farmington, and Russell Chretien and his wife, Brandi, of Joplin, Mont.; eight grandchildren, Rose, Amelia, Beth, Jenna, Alyssa, Gabby, Sophie and Tori; four great-grandchildren, Luc, Xavier, Saydee and Chase.
