LEWISTON — David A. Bingelis, 64, of 45 West Bates St., Lewiston, died Monday, Feb. 5, at home after fighting a battle with cancer with his loving brother, Mark J. Bingelis, by his side.

He was born in Lewiston on June 27, 1953, the son of Joseph and Pauline Bingelis. David attended Lewiston schools, and worked for the Sun Journal in the shipping and receiving area.

David enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and watching the History and National Geographic channels.

David leaves behind his brother, Mark J. Bingelis; nephews, Mark D. Bingelis and wife, Heather, and son, Eli Ward, and Richard Bingelis and daughters, Courtney Brooks, Kaitlyn Vye and Emily Bingelis.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Pauline Bingelis; brother, John S. Bingelis; and sister, Paula E. Bevins.
