LEWISTON — Maine Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap speaks about his work as a member of President Donald Trump’s Voter Fraud Commission, 7:30 p.m., Bates College Muskie Archives, College Street. Public welcome. Trump disbanded the commission after Dunlap sued the panel for allegedly violating the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
