President Donald Trump is a self-made man. He derived his ambition from his father, also a self-made man. But “the Donald” created his own empire. Under his leadership, this administration is rebuilding the nation’s economy with more jobs and tax and regulatory overhauls. Now the poor have more opportunity to get rich and pay taxes, just as he does.

Businesses, manufacturers and investment capital are coming back into the United States. Renegotiating trade agreements, questioning the nuclear agreement with Iran and firmness with North Korea, all put America’s security first. His immigration reform agenda is both humane and rational compared to previous policy. That change is long overdue.

The Democrats’ obstruction to everything and anything Trump tries to do requires voters to elect more Republicans. President Trump’s unrehearsed, chairman-of-the-board style is refreshingly transparent during unprecedented televised meetings on tax reform, DACA, school shootings, infrastructure and other issues.

Unproven allegations about Trump’s morality seem to bother many, but have they forgotten the proven immorality, despite the accomplishments, of previous presidents, including Franklin Roosevelt, John Kennedy and Bill Clinton?

All the money and time wasted on the Russian collusion investigation of the Trump campaign have only proven that the corruption is with the previous administration and the Clinton campaign. That probe is exceeding its mission and it is time for that to end so the country can continue to move forward.
