PARIS — A String Art Fundraiser will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 17, at the Deering Memorial Community Center.
Create string art and help support the community center. The $25 registration fee covers the cost of all materials necessary to complete a string art project, selected from the dozen patterns provided.
Register by Thursday, March 15, by contacting the Paris Public Library to make sure project supplies are ready. The patterns can be seen by visiting the library or checking the event on Deering Memorial Community Center’s Facebook page.
The suggested age for the activity is 10 and up, as it requires time and focus. Light snacks will be provided.
The net proceeds will be used to support the Deering Memorial Community Center’s annual operating expenses.
For more information or to register, call the Paris Public Library at 207-743-6994 or email [email protected]
