Promise Early Education Center, 269 Bates St., Lewiston, announces the 2018 Fridelle “Delle” Peterson Award recipients. The award is given in Delle’s memory in recognition of her dedication to children and families. She was a 16-year veteran of the Promise Early Education Center team. Don Peterson, center, made the award presentation to Norma Larocque, left, and Jenny Gonyea, right, on March 16. The award has been given since 2000 to a direct service person or persons who are dedicated, team players with a positive attitude and who put forth exceptional effort, embracing parental involvement in their children’s education.
