LEWISTON — Grand Rounds is a gold Stevie Award recipient for Customer Service Department of the Year. The Stevies are highly coveted business awards for the customer service industry. Although Grand Rounds has gained the award for five consecutive years, this is the first year it has won the gold.
The Grand Rounds patient care team is based largely in Lewiston, at Bates Mill No. 6, 70 Lincoln St., third floor, and in Reno, Nevada. It opened in Lewiston in 2017. The patient care team consists of clinicians, care coordinators and records specialists.
