OTISFIELD — A public hearing on a major subdivision on Otisfield Cove Road and Cobb Hill Road has been rescheduled to Tuesday, April 17, at the Otisfield Community Hall.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m., to be followed by the Planning Board’s regularly scheduled meeting at 7 p.m.
Planning Board Chairwoman Karen Turino said the owner of the land in question is represented by Stuart Davis of Davis Land Surveying, and that the subdivision would consist of six lots: four on Otisfield Cove Road and two on Cobb Hill Road.
Turino said that the owner of the land “hopes to sell the land as one unit, but if he’s unable to do that, he wants to sell it into the subdivided lots.”
The subdivision application “is not a completed application,” Turino said. “We’re just waiting on a couple of items.”
She said that the Planning Board found no issues with the land after a March 21 site walk.
