FARMINGTON — A 15-year-old from Industry charged with terrorizing by making a threat on a Mt. Blue school bus faces new charges.
The teenager has also made threats against another juvenile who was a witness to the incident on the school bus, Franklin County Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr. said Tuesday.
The 15-year-old was arrested Feb. 28 on a charge of terrorizing and was released to a parent’s custody.
A deputy arrested the juvenile again Monday on juvenile charges of felony tampering with a witness and a misdemeanor charge of terrorizing, Nichols said.
The teen was taken to Long Creek Youth Development Center in South Portland on Tuesday. He is scheduled to appear before a judge Wednesday at Juvenile Court in Farmington.
