AUBURN — Tisha Bremner, certified yoga therapist and founder of the Maine School of Yoga, will sign and preview a new series of self-produced DVDs at 2 p.m. April 21 in the Androscoggin Room at the Auburn Public Library.

Bremner offers alignment-based vinyasa flow classes that range from a gentle to expanding level of difficulty. Her teaching style links skillful actions and movement to breathe in a fun, safe and effective way. She incorporates smart sequencing into each of her classes, so the body feels balanced, vibrant and well prepared to open in new ways.

Her motto is “movement is medicine and good alignment heals.”

The DVDs will be available for $20 each. Titles include: Yoga for Stress-Free Neck and Shoulders, Yoga for Deep Core Strength, Yoga for Low Back Health, Vinyasa Yoga for Radiant Health, and Gentle Chair Yoga for Health and Wellness.
