PORTLAND — Jeremy Royce Beane, 35, of West Paris and Hebron, passed away Wednesday, April 18, losing his long-fought battle against addiction. He was born in Lewiston, Oct. 1, 1982, the son of Royce Beane and Sharon Dunham.

Jeremy had a big heart. He was a quiet soul who loved his daughter more than life itself. He enjoyed the outdoors, ATVing, camping, fishing and the ocean. He was a hard worker who was always there if you needed him. He was a carpenter by trade.

He is survived by his daughter, Isabelle Beane; his mother, Sharon Dunham; his father, Royce Beane, and his wife, Norma; his longtime companion and girlfriend, Rita Smith; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jessica and Ernie Fitts and Courtney and Mark McPherson; his brother, Matt Beane; his grandparents, Roland and Ruth Dunham and Wesley and Midge Beane; nieces and nephews, Connor and Anna Fitts, Emma and Landon McPherson; aunts, uncles and many cousins.

He was predeceased by his grandmother, Glenice Hunter; and his stepmother, Janet Beane.
