On March 5, Madisyn Bernard of Auburn presented the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society with the donations from her 10th birthday. Madisyn Bernard, a fourth-grade student at the East Auburn School, asked for donations for the pets in lieu of birthday gifts. The humane society is at 55 Strawberry Ave., Lewiston.
