WATERFORD — Erin and Ed Girzone of Good Health is a Habit LLC are opening a wellness studio at 683 Waterford Road.

They have updated the building that once housed Rounds General Store on and the Post Office on Routes 35/37 to accommodate private fitness sessions, small group fitness classes, Zumba and yoga classes, and nutrition and wellness consulting.

The Girzones intend for the studio to be a local resource, helping to support wellness in the community through the services offered and collaboration with others, including the Waterford Sports and Recreation Department and local health/fitness professionals.

A grand opening is set from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 12. The public is invited to see the studio, meet the Girzones and the instructors, sign up for classes or book appointments.
