FARMINGTON — Time 2 Move Ministries, an international and nondenominational ministry directed by Timothy and Bethany Groves, will be at Living Waters Assembly of God on Sunday, May 1, for the 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. services.

National Day of Prayer observance

OXFORD — Hosanna Church will observe the National Day of Prayer at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 3, at 109 Schoolhouse Road, just off Route 121 in the Welchville section of Oxford.

The first Thursday in May is always the National Day of Prayer. The church has held events to observe the day since 1991.

Pastors and people from local churches of several denominations will be participating in leading prayers, singing and offering a few words of history and introduction.

Kid’s Connection to hold graduation

LEWISTON — Kid’s Connection Graduation will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 5, at the Ark & Olive Branch Cafe, 791 Lisbon St.

Kid’s Connection offers monthly arts and crafts, adventure Bible stories, teaches healthy habits, nature and creative hands-on learning. Lunch is free. The program will resume in the fall.

Ladies of St. Anne plan annual dinner

LEWISTON — The Ladies of St Anne Sodality of Holy Family, Prince of Peace Parish are planning the annual spring dinner to be held Wednesday, May 9, at the Green Ladle Restaurant, 156 East Ave. A ham dinner will be served.

The doors will open at 5 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6. Tickets are $18 and may be purchased by contacting board members or by calling Anita at 207-782-4516. Deadline for tickets is Friday, May 4.

The entertainment will be provided by Larry Gowell, baritone vocalist. There will be door prizes and a 50/50 cash drawing.
