Carole Hanscombe gets help breaking up a bunch of bananas at the Good Food Bus from Kathleen McKersie after one of her senior college classes at the University of Southern Maine’s Lewiston-Auburn College on Tuesday. McKersie, who works for the Good Food Bus, said sales of their anchor meals, a pre-portioned vegetarian meal, have been especially brisk.
