Jacqueline was a devoted daughter, mother and grandmother who loved to spend time with her family. She grew up in Mexico, then moved to Rumford to raise her family and eventually became a highly respected police officer on the Rumford Police Department, where she served for nearly 20 years until work-related injuries sidelined her.

Despite many illnesses, hardships and challenges in her life, through sheer determination, she always managed to persevere, but her most recent illness was just too tall of a hill to climb.
