Auburn City Manager Steven D. Lewis goes public Tuesday night with the contents of his proposed 1994 budget as he asks the City Council to pass and residents to support a 4.86 percent tax increase. The $44.2 million budget includes a small pay raise for city employees who received no raise last year and otherwise keeps the same level of services. The meeting will allow residents to speak specifically with their councilors in smaller ward meetings after a general presentation.
