RUMFORD — Stephens High School Class of 1960 will have the monthly luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 24, at the River Valley Grill.

Classmates and guests are welcome.

AUBURN — Edward Little High School Class of 1951 will now hold its monthly luncheon at The Village Inn across from the former Edward Little High School on High Street in Auburn.

Luncheons will now be held at 11:15 a.m. on the fourth Friday of each month beginning Friday, May 25, the 24th anniversary of the luncheons which began in May of 1994.

A meeting of the E.L. ’51 Don Gay Scholarship trustees will be held at the restaurant following the luncheon at approximately 12:15 p.m. to review applications for this year’s $7,500 scholarship award, which will be given out at the Edward Little Class Night on Wednesday, May 30.


NORWAY — Norway High School Alumni will sponsor the annual alumni banquet on Saturday, July 21. Alumni will gather this year at the Guy E. Rowe School at 4:30 p.m. to reminisce, tour the old classrooms and have dinner. Invitations will be sent out soon with details.

JAY — Wilton Academy attendees and their spouses and guests are invited from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, to LaFleur’s Restaurant.

There will be a special menu for dinner, which will be served at 12:15 p.m. A short program and opportunities to visit with schoolmates are planned.

LEWISTON — Lewiston High School Class of 1968 will have its 50th class reunion on Sept. 22.

The class is collecting funds in order for a memorial bench to remember class member James J. McMorrow, who died on Nov. 10, 1969, in the U.S. Marine Corps while on active duty in the Vietnam War. The class will dedicate the memorial bench at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21.
