Two SUVs were extensively damaged in a collision Thursday morning on Allen Hill Road in Oxford. The Jeep, driven by James Flagg, of Oxford, and the Ford, driven by Paris Fire Department Assistant Chief Mark Blaquiere, collided at about 7 a.m. Oxford police said Blaquiere was on his way to a structure fire in Norway when the vehicles crashed.
