He finished the day with two hits. Isaac Morissette had three hits including a double and a RBI. Ethan Vattaso also had a pair of hits in the victory.

WINTHROP — Mason Brill belted three singles for Winthrop en route to a 10-6 victory over Greeds in Andy Valley Babe Ruth baseball action. Owen Foster had a pair of singles while Evan Jones had a double in the win.

Asa Leavitt led Greeds with a double and a single while Robert Gladu and Blake Springer had two singles each.

WINTHROP — Zach Pray paced Winthrop with a double and a single in a 10-0 victory over Greeds. Jackson West, Andrew Foster and Danny Webster had two singles in the win.

Matthew Wallingford had a double in the loss while Denver Taylor had a single.
