LEWISTON — Johnny D. Briggs Sr., 77, of Lewiston passed away in Lewiston on Saturday, May 26.

He was born in Lewiston on June 2, 1940, to Darrell and Elsie (Chabot) Briggs. Johnny loved his lifelong work as a cab driver.

He is survived by a sister, Irene (Briggs) Guilmette; children Jeffrey Sr., Ronald, Kathleen, Johnny Jr. and Tammie; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Johnny was predeceased by his parents; sisters Rita and Beatrice; and daughter, Christine.
