Doreen Jordan and Kathy Lawrence price items Thursday as they prepare for the annual Woman’s Literary Union garage sale in Auburn. The sale is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Foss Mansion. Proceeds will benefit the WLU college scholarship fund. Each year, a high school student from Androscoggin County receives a scholarship from the WLU. Edward Little High School senior Katelyn Breton, who earned the 2018 scholarship, will continue her studies this fall at Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. (Daryn Slover/Sun Journal)
