BROWNFIELD — Police from the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a fatal motor vehicle rollover crash that occurred on Route 5/113 and Pequawket Trail Friday night.
The crash was reported at about 5:36 p.m.
The male driver of the sedan was killed in the crash. There were no other passengers and no one else was injured, according to a written statement from the sheriff’s office.
The identity of the driver is being withheld until next of kin are notified.
Brownfield Fire Department and Fryeburg Rescue responded to the scene.
The road was closed for several hours while the crash was reconstructed, but is now open.
The crash remains under investigation.
