FARMINGTON — A retirement party for Regional School Unit 9 Superintendent Tom Ward is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bjorn Auditorium at Mt. Blue Campus.
It is a “wonderful opportunity for our community to thank and celebrate a person who has truly given his all to the Mt Blue School District for the past five years,” school board Director Betsey Hyde of Temple wrote in a Facebook post.
The gathering, open to the public, will include light snacks and cake at the food court.
