NORWAY – Smokin’ Dave’s Backyard BBQ & Grill has opened at its new location at 230 Main St.

It was previously at 3 Nichol St. in Paris

Dave Nelson, who co-owns the business with his wife, Marcia, said the restaurant closed in September while they looked for a new site.

He said the Norway Police Department pointed out the building on Main Street where Economy Auto Sales operated. The department has always been “a big supporter of us, so them finding that building was huge.”

The new location has 30 parking spots and seats more than 50 people.

“Things are going really well,” Nelson said.
