LEWISTON — Hunter Richardson had four hits to help Pastime win an offensive showdown against Locke Mills, 16-9, in American Legion baseball action Monday.

Richardson had a triple, two doubles and a single. Pastime had six batters with two or more hits: Richardson, Brock Belanger, who had a double and a single, Hunter Landry, Evan Cox, Owen Cox and Lucas Francis.

Pastime trailed 1-0, 6-1 and 7-5 after Locke Mills’ first three offensive half innings, but took over the lead with an eight-run third inning that put the Lewiston-based team up 13-7.

Tanner Wheeler had three hits, one of which was a double for Locke Mills (1-4). He also took the loss.

Francis pitched 2 1/3 innings and earned the victory for Pastime (4-0).
