LEWISTON — The Lewiston Public Library is hosting “Origami Stories” at 11 a.m. Monday, July 9, in LPL’s Callahan Hall.

Christine Petrell Kallevig folds giant-sized paper as she tells stories. Each fold illustrates an action or character from the story, so by the time the story is over, a surprise origami figure is created.

Tickets will be given out on the third floor in advance. Seating for ticket holders is first come, first served.

To contact the LPL children’s floor, email [email protected] or call 513-3133.
